I started in electronics engineering, moved through business analysis and Duke's Engineering Management program, and landed where those threads meet: product management for large-scale operations. At Walmart I've worked on automation across distribution centers — first as the engineer recommending the fixes, then as the manager leading the initiatives, and now as the PM deciding which problems are worth solving at all.
That path shapes how I work. I've stood on the floor where the process breaks, so I don't confuse a roadmap with reality. I think in ROI, cost avoidance, and adoption — not feature counts — and I'd rather ship the change that moves a metric than the one that demos well.
Outside the day job I'm a persistent learner: teaching assistant for Duke's Project Management course, design-thinking practitioner, and currently deep in AI-assisted product development.
